The snow that is, we got another 3-4 inches overnight—that adds up to about 12 inches of snow over the last few days. If it was Christmas time, it would be, “it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!”
Michael took off early this morning and went to spend the day with Lonn. Emmi and I took a short walk, it was 9 degrees and my face was freezing!
The last few days I have had a cranky back—I think it is our bed or the way I am sleeping as it is worse during the night and when I get up—so today I was a bum, I sat in my chair most of the day with a heating pad on my back. I did do some loads of laundry but that’s not too strenuous!
I feel sorry for all the animals who have to exist outside in these temps and with all the snow—this little guy has been hanging out in our front yard.
And that’s about it for our Sunday in Montana!
I'm having the same problem with my back, and I don't have to deal with those temperatures. The snow and all is pretty, but I don't like freezing my face! :)
ReplyDeleteSorry about your back. I'm sure hoping this snow you're having is going to mean some higher water levels in the lakes this year.
ReplyDeleteI'm sitting here squirming around to get comfortable because my back is bothering me today, also. I think I forgot to relax when we walked today. I haven't walked in quite awhile because we have been biking everywhere like crazy. Hope your back is better tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSeems like snow every day is the forecast most places in the north.
I bet that rabbit would like to trade places with you!
ReplyDeleteWell we are turning the heat up so don't forget to bring your sunscreen when you head back!
ReplyDeleteYour photos are a wonderful contrast to the desert sand we're in. Must be time to head south again?
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, sore back is no fun. I hope the heating pad helps. It helps me!
ReplyDeleteLovely winter scenery at your place.....but....to see them from the mid-80's temps in the desert is better than living it. I'm sure you are keen to return to the desert.
