A Quiet Monday

With all the socializing we did this weekend, it is nice to have a day at home, albeit a cool and cloudy day—high temperature today—60 degrees!

The wedding on Saturday night was beautiful—I love weddings!  Here’s a couple of photos:Wedding the coupleBonnie & JasonWedding Bonnie and her Dad Bonnie and her Dad.

She was a beautiful bride!  Oh, and I forgot, wedding shoes here in Montana are a little different than in most places:wedding shoes

July 4 was a beautiful day, a little cool but at least sunny.  We had 17 guests for our annual party and all enjoyed ourselves immensely!  Way too much food but it was all so delicious!  Emmi got lots of hugs and kisses from the guests, some of the guests wanted to put her in their bags to take home—can you imagine that??

Today was spent cleaning up and putting away all the stuff from the party—tables, chairs, ice chests, etc.  The rest of the day I have quilted.

Nat came up to tune my piano—it really didn’t need tuning but he said he wanted the practice.  We had hamburgers for lunch, at least the guys did and I had salmon.  Leftover homemade ice cream sure was good!

Michael hauled home the hay he cut on our neighbor’s field and puttered in the shop.  Just a quiet, at home Monday.
