I am making progress cranking out quilts from my client/customer list. I finished the one I started yesterday—it is a gift for a friend and it is just beautiful!! Next on the list is my Aunt Margaret’s two quilts. Saying progress is being made is just asking for that list to get long again but then that’s why I do this, right!
Holy smokes we had the wind today and it was only 52 degrees when I got up!!! BRRRR I was dressed in a wool hat and gloves for walking Emmi and Zoey this morning!!! About 4pm the wind started to slow down and the temps warmed up—much better!
Mom kept me company in the quilt studio today—she is working on a beautiful batik throw quilt—I love the colors.
Not much going on around here, Michael is working, Emmi is chasing balls. Rollie is home this week and he cooked hamburgers for Mom and me for lunch!
It might be a little more exciting tomorrow—stay tuned!
Taken in 2004, West Boulder Meadows, one of my favorite places on earth. This entire area burned in 2006 in a forest fire.
