When we discovered yesterday that the Jeep would not fit in the enclosed trailer we took photos and listed the trailer for sale on Craigslist. This afternoon it went down the driveway behind someone else’s truck! Craigslist works!! And it is free!!
Michael figured out the Jeep lighting problem with a little help from the Trailer Life forums just as I knew he would. He has spent the day getting lights installed and wired.
I did some laundry again and cooked—we leave for Billings tomorrow for a couple days—taking the motorhome and I wanted some stuff such as spaghetti sauce and pizza crusts all ready cooked. Michael is seeing two different doctors and we are hoping at least one of them can figure out what is really wrong with him. He is so much better than a month ago but just not complete yet.
We went into town to get the title for the trailer notarized for the new owner and ran a few errands. Remember those inexpensive jeans I found on the internet the other day—well they didn’t fit—it was that pet peeve of mine—the label says one size but my body says it ain’t so! So back to Denim Express all three pair went today—should have known better than to try and buy pants without trying them on! GRRRR
Bathed the Emmi girl this afternoon and now we are both sitting and relaxing, finally!
Last summer I planted two clematis and here is my first blossom!
Beautiful Clematis!
ReplyDeleteFat horses must be a sign of the times, we have a couple of pasture ornaments here that have taken a personal interest in keeping our abundance of grass in check....lol.
ReplyDeleteI have to try pants on too same as with other clothes. They look so nice in the catalogs but they just don't fit right.
ReplyDeleteI hope you will be able to find out what the problem is with Mike. Not knowing is really bad. Good luck.
Congrats on the quick sale - gotta love Craigslist.
ReplyDeleteJanna....please keep us posted on what you find out from Mike's doctors. We'll be anxious to hear what they have to say. Congrats on the trailer sale. Craigslist does work. That's how we sold our Volvo and Teton. Hugs.........Pat
ReplyDeleteGive Uncle Michael a hug for me today. I dreamed of you last night - must be missing you! Yes- Craigslist is great - sold our camper quickly and bought a bunk bed for the girls off of that site. Have a good time today.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in Billings! :)
