Quilting And A Quilting

I was determined to get that custom quilt finished today but didn’t quite make it—almost but not quite!  It is totally stunning!  This is a good one!

Emmi and I went out and took another walk by the bay—and I forgot the dang camera!  So Judy, no birds to identify tonight.  I guessed right with the blue heron but missed the other two—bird lady I am not, thank goodness we have Judy in Blogville!

It was busy around here in the RV park today—two semi-trucks of sod arrived about lunch time.  We will soon have a new doggie park just down the street from us.  The owner of this park just moved his motorhome next door to the new clubhouse being built which is two sites from us—his grass area got new sod today.  And there were several RV spots needing sod.  There were guys slinging those chunks of grass right and left this afternoon when Emmi and I went down to check it out.  This is one of the nicest RV parks we’ve ever stayed in, concrete streets (the owner of the RV park also owns a concrete company), concrete pads, beautiful landscaping and very nice people!

Life is good!

  1. I have been following your blog for awhile an enjoy your daily adventures. Actually woke up this morning thinking about your situation. This may sound silly but how do you have hook ups, mostly electric, to the trailer with your longarm AND to the RV.
My husband and I have an RV stored on the mainland and we go out and about a couple of times a year. Our gypsy souls sometimes get itchy when we are at home. Hope all continues to go well in Texas for you.
