Life Hands You Lemons Sometimes

Not a very big lemon but a lemon none the less!  We are in the hospital in Billings, Michael had a minor surgical procedure today, scheduled, and will spend a couple days here recovering.  I am the chief nurse, patient walker, you name it person!  He is awake, walking in the hallways, eating and drinking—and best of all smiling and talking to me!

Another scorcher today with severe thunderstorm warnings and extreme fire danger.  We may be cranking up that pink motorhome and heading somewhere cooler/wetter when we get home from Billings.

  1. Here's hoping those lemons turn into lemonade for you and Mike real soon!

  3. Are you cooling off at all in the evenings? We live at 6,000' in southern California, and this is the first summer in 20 years we've been home (we normally are on the road by first week of June but we're not leaving this time until July 15). It's getting pretty warm during the days - mid to high 80s - but it's pretty chilly at night. I keep the windows open, but we need our down comforter. I hope you get cooled down soon!

    Howdy J&M,
GET WELL SOON, MIKE!!! With a beautiful and kind nurse like Janna, who'd want
to get well.. It probably had to do with all of the bending over putting the new floor down!! When you get through with y'all's trailer you can redo ours!!
Janna, just let him think he's suffering, he'll appreciate you more!! Is he wearing his hat in bed at the horsepistol?? If so, which one?? Why the 'pink' one, why not the TTP?? GO TO ALASKY or Alberta Rockies!! Go to the Oregon coast
and look for tsunami wreckage.. Mike can always use some more collectibles or things to repair.. Hope y'all are having a better day today!!!
