We were both up early this morning and as a result took an early walk before sunrise—it was warm enough to do that this morning and I got some great photos.
Michael did a little bit of plumbing today, our master bath shower had been leaking a lot and the tub wasn’t draining well, now both are back to working normally. But, it wiped Michael out—he is very tired and his wrists are bothering him—we are both starting to think, “will this never end?”
I ripped out about six feet of quilting today—why can’t I decide I don’t like a design in six inches instead of six feet??? Ellie called and we discussed fabric and borders for her quilt.
My sister called and as we had not talked since last week, our conversation was long—our family is very close and we all talk to each other at least weekly if not more often—it’s a good thing!
And, a dear friend Elaine from my Kimberly-Clark working days called this afternoon and we had a nice long chat. Elaine and her husband Mark live in Florida and Elaine still works as a nurse.
And that’s it for another day in the Clark household.
I really like that top photo.
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are very nice.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Al, that top photo is a good one! :) However, with that snow, I'd be getting out of Dodge!
