Although I was in and out of a couple of Flying J's on my recent flight from the northern ranges I saw no evidence of holds, for any more than I spent. I never go through the RV islands, they seem to be set up so poorly in most cases, but because I have made the trip a few times I have my regular places to stop that I have pre-scouted over the years. When we used to travel with the RV I always had a look with Google Earth so I didn't get in somewhere I couldn't get out of. In all of those miles the only place we ever had to unhook was that milk shake joint in Judith Gap. After that we just parked in the "No Parking" along the highway there and left the four-ways going.JBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09016073653349776611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5766978779002699111.post-11662161978362799622016-10-31T16:18:34.474-06:002016-10-31T16:18:34.474-06:00As with most of the previous comments, we have nev...As with most of the previous comments, we have never had issues at Flying J. We are 63 feet long, when hitched up, and Flying J works great for us. I don't understand the charge to the card but I doubt it will be reflected on your monthly statement.René and Jeanette Genereuxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09166865264538146835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5766978779002699111.post-83973525702768852502016-10-31T14:50:11.609-06:002016-10-31T14:50:11.609-06:00Hmmmm, $120 over what was actually charged seems a...Hmmmm, $120 over what was actually charged seems a bit more than ridiculous - regardless of any policy. We rarely use any of the truck stops for fuel but will definitely watch for charges if we do. Hope Michael has a good trip back south. And that he finds less expensive ice cream :-))) The kiddos are adorable.Jodee Gravelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02247098923871155546noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5766978779002699111.post-51312616427173148442016-10-31T08:11:38.017-06:002016-10-31T08:11:38.017-06:00We have never had this problem with Flying J, and ...We have never had this problem with Flying J, and we recently fueled at one of their sites. We did have a car rental company put an excessive fee on our credit card that took almost a week before it dropped down to the correct amount... and, yes, I was on the phone asking questions! Great photos of those grandkids! They never overcharge me.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It's about time.Rick and Kathy Rousseauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05187734210342762674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5766978779002699111.post-73029939619085395202016-10-30T21:35:36.012-06:002016-10-30T21:35:36.012-06:00We use Pilot/Flying J most of the time and have ne...We use Pilot/Flying J most of the time and have never heard of this. We (I) like that I don't have to go in and prepay or pay after we pump at other stations. Our reward card allows us to pump and leave. Yes, we save a few cents but we like the convenience and the usual easy in/out. We only go to the truck pumps, never the RV pumps. Hope Michael get home soon:) That is a lot of cuteness going on there:)John and Pam (ohtheplacestheygo.wordpress.com)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10853924678665624403noreply@blogger.com
